After every glass or window job is completed, SR Windows & Glass will provide a written warranty specifying the conditions under which the property owner can make a warranty claim. The warranty covers both products and services provided by SR Windows & Glass. The conditions for each product and service are different, so please be sure to read the warranty before making a claim.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please have your work order number available and call us to review it. Only the property owner is eligible to make a claim, and warranties are not transferable.
